The Heaton Parkrun is a difficult 5K course but with plenty of character, attracting over 250 runners most weeks.
The start and finish are at Heaton Hall shown above (not at the Cafe). There are good toilet facilities nearby.
Results are usually out later that afternoon. Expect an interesting route with a slog
of a climb up to the 4km mark. For PB but a less interesting course go to the South Manchester Parkrun.
